Rotational moulding - stable products without built-in stress

    The process begins with the material dispensed in a mold of steel or aluminum. Common materials are polyethylene, polypropylene or polyamide. Final product thickness is determined by the amount of material dosed. In this stage we also install the embedded components that should be in the final product.

    The plastic material melts during heating in the owen. The double rotation distributes the material to the correct thickness.

    In the cooling process the melted plastics sinter on the mould wall and cools down. The product also shrinks and releases from the mould walls.

    The mould is opened and the product is taken out. Now the product is ready for next step, usually assembling.
